Saint Brigid School is a Transitional Kindergarten through 8th-grade school serving children from age 4.5 to 14.
We accept applications year-round at all grade levels as class-size permits.

For the Transitional Kindergarten program, your child must turn five years old between September 2nd and February 1st of the school year of entry. For Kindergarten, your child must turn five years old by September 1st of the school year of entry.
STEP 1: Tour
The first step to becoming a Saint Brigid "Blue Angel" Family is to take a tour of our conveniently located Pacific Heights campus. Tours are designed to allow you to get to know Saint Brigid School and ask any questions about the admissions process.
At this time Saint Brigid is scheduling in-person tours for individual families and can also provide live, virtual tours for families by Zoom. To schedule a tour please click HERE to be directed to our scheduling site.

**Important note - Your admissions application will not be processed until the Saint Brigid admissions office receives all the above-listed forms and application fee payment.

STEP 3: Assessment or Shadow Days
An invitation to the assessment and/or shadow day will be emailed after the Saint Brigid School receives all the required documents listed above as well as the application fee payment. It can take up to two weeks to receive your assessment invitation email after all documents have been received by the school.

STEP 4: Decision Emails
For all applicants, families will be notified by email of Saint Brigid School's admissions decision 2-4 weeks after completion of the assessment and/or shadow day, review of the applicant's complete file, and space allotment in the classroom.
For transfer students in grades 1st to 7th of the current school year, all decision emails will be sent on a rolling basis as steps 1 through 3 are completed by the applicant. Any transfer request that occurs in the final trimester of any school year or for transfer into the 8th-grade class will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Waitlisted applicants are students who have been accepted to Saint Brigid School but are waitlisted due to class size. In the case of a waitlist, your family will be notified when an opening in the classroom becomes available.
