Saint Brigid Academy is a Kindergarten - 8th Grade Catholic micro-school providing ages 4.5 - 14 with individualized education for students who are gifted & talented, neurodiverse, or on a traditional education path. We accept applications all year round.
Please read the following note from the Head of School regarding our transition to Saint Brigid Academy in Summer 2024.
Before you apply...
For Kindergarten, your child must turn five years old by December 1 of the year of entry.
Transfer requests submitted during the final trimester of the school year, or for entry into the 8th-grade class, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Step 1:
Tour
The first step to becoming a Saint Brigid “Blue Angel” family is to take a tour of our conveniently located Pacific Heights campus.
Tours are designed to help you get to know Saint Brigid Academy and ask any questions you may have about the admissions process.

Application & Required Forms

Student Recommendation Form, from your child's current teacher or preschool director (required) (HERE)

Two Recent Report Cards, for Transfer Students in grades 1-8 only. (required)

$100 Non-Refundable Application Fee, payable online or by check. (required)

Important Notice
All required forms must be completed before Saint Brigid can process your application.
Step 3:
Assessment & Shadow Days
An invitation to the assessment and/or shadow day will be emailed once Saint Brigid has received all required documents listed above, along with the application fee payment. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your assessment invitation email after all documents have been received.
Decision Email
Interested families will be notified by email of Saint Brigid’s admissions decision within 2-4 weeks after completion of the assessment/shadow day and application form.
For transfer students in grades 1-8 during the current school year, decision emails will be sent on a rolling basis when steps 1-3 are completed by the applicant.
Waitlisted applicants are students who have been accepted to Saint Brigid but placed on a waitlist due to class size. In this case, families will be notified when a classroom opening becomes available.
