We want to welcome you to Carnavale, for a night of great fun, April 28th at St. Brigid School.

Doors will open promptly at 6pm for registration. Tickets are will-call, with late purchases at the door.
For your peace of mind, your children will be secured and properly minded for in the Aftercare Room by Mr. Adkins and other parent volunteers. They will have games and crafts at their disposal, and food will be provided for them.
The ground floor of the school will be buzzing with activities. Join us for appetizers, cash bars and non-gambling games throughout the night. Challenge your friends to a good laugh! A dinner menu specially prepared for us by chef Victoria Khan will follow*, ending with a selection of sweet desserts, courtesy of El Porteño**.
A silent auction will be open from 6-8pm for your enjoyment, where to find wonderful bargains to take home. Auctions are a non-pressured, discreet way to help us fund the projects that we are fundraising for while you buy items at a discounted rate. And they are FUN!
Our Master of Ceremonies, Dennis O’Donnell, will welcome you to the night and present to us a couple of entertainment pieces.
Casino games will open at 7pm to 11pm, and non-gambling games will start at 6pm until 11pm. Winners will be entered in a raffle. Tables will be interrupted momentarily at 8pm to introduce our Live Auction.

* Dinners will have two choices of meats and one vegetarian:
- Roasted Cuban Pork Marinated in Mojo Sauce. Served with Congri of rice and beans, and Salad.
- Slow-Cooked Smoked Chipotle BBQ Beef Brisket. Served with White Rice and Salad.
- Four Beans Vegetarian Chili. Served with Sour Cream, Tortilla Chips and Cabbage Salad.
** Dessert table will include:
a selection of sweet mini empanadas and alfajores (dulce de leche sandwich cookies)
