St. Brigid School sells SCRIP which are gift certificates for many stores. There are some participating speciality stores which are available by special order.
Our School receives 2% to 5% of each dollar purchased by using SCRIP. The money generated is utilized for capital improvements, school equipment, and educational materials (e.g., computers, internet service, athletic equipment, and science lab improvements).
All families are required to buy a total of $2,000.00 (minimum) for a current school year. A single parent will be required to buy $1,000.00 worth of SCRIP each year. Those families who chose NOT to participate in the program OR do not fulfill the $2,000.00 minimum will be required to pay a non-prorated fee of $200.00.
Scrip purchases or payment of the SCRIP fee must be completed annually by May 15.
